• There is a problem with the 3D sensor.
– Turn the power off, then on again. If the notice
remains, contact Customer Service.
• There is a problem with the Object Recognition sensor.
– Turn the power off, then on again. If the notice
remains, contact Customer Service.
• There is a problem with the monitoring camera.

foreign matter.
• The result of the location recognition indicates that the
Jet Bot is placed within the No-go Zones.
– Check the No-go Zones of the mobile App.
