SPP installation is now complete.

Installing Standard Program Package on Server Core
1. Sign-in to the Windows with an Administrators privilege.
2. Set the Starter Pack DVD to the drive.
3. From the command prompt, type the following command.
In the example below, the optical disk drive is the D drive.
cd /d D: software\005\win\seamless
C:\Users\administrator>cd /d D: software\005\win\seamless
4. Type the following command, and then press <Enter> key.
instcmd.vbs spp /s
D:\software\005\win\seamless >instcmd.vbs spp /s
Wait until installation completes (about 1 to 15 minutes).
SPP installation is now complete.

Package, reboot the system and retry Step1-5.
