Temperature Test

Test Equipment
Test Procedure
Before starting test procedure:
- Remove the grease filters.
- Check main voltage (208VAC-240VAC) and verify unit is set
correctly (H4XXX - check voltage setting in service mode, or H3XX
- Check if correct broil element(s) is installed. Element and/or unit
will be marked for 208VAC/240VAC)
Note: Test procedure 1 & 2 must be performed
Test Procedure 1
1. Open oven door and slide a rack into the second slot from the bottom.
Remove all other racks from oven.
2. Fit holder and special test lead into the center of the rack just installed
into the oven. The copper plate on special test lead should face up
towards the top of oven. The holder will keep the special test lead from
shifting.
3. Close the oven door with the test lead wire now run to the outside of the
door.
4. Connect test lead wire to Electronic Thermometer or
Thermocouple/Multimeter.
5. Turn the oven on. Select Convection Bake mode with temperature set
to 320F (160C) degree's. Set timer to 30 minutes. At the 30 minute
mark, the oven will be at 320F degrees.
Note:
Let unit cool down completely before performing Test

Or Thermocouple / Multimeter
Special Test Lead (Mat. no 05661240)
Holder for Test Lead (Mat. no 05054650)
