Importing Contacts
The E618/612 allows you to import the contacts items from the USIM/SIM card
or a file in a specified format to the E618/612 contacts.
Importing Items in Files of Specified Formats to the E618/612
Contacts
The file formats that the E618/612 supports for importing are *.txt and *.csv.
Step

Select File

From the Open window, select a file you want to import.

Click <Open>, and the items in the file are imported to the E618/612
contacts automatically.
Importing Contacts Items from the USIM/SIM Card to the E618/612
Contacts
You can import the contacts items from the USIM/SIM card to the E618/612
contacts. The procedure is as follows:

Choose one method:
"Move Import": Original contacts items in the USIM/SIM card will
be deleted.
"Copy Import": Original contacts items in the USIM/SIM card will
remain unchanged.
Click <OK>, and then select the columns in the contacts the item
information will be imported to, such as Mobile, Family or Office,
and select whether you want to proceed always in this way. Click
<OK> to proceed.
