Searching a Contact
The EC321 provides the function of searching a contact in the Contacts.
Step
1
Click Search.
Select a field item such as Name, Mobile, Family, Office or E-mail from the

pull down list in the Condition area.
Enter relevant searching terms in the Value text box.
Choose Match Whole Word Only and/or Match Case for Matching Type.

Click Search Now to begin to search.

Click Stop Search to stop searching.
Importing/Exporting a Contact
Importing a Contact
The EC321 allows you to import the contacts from a file in a specified format to the
EC321 Contacts.
The EC321 supports for importing of the *.txt and *.csv files.
Step

Select File > Import Contacts From File.

In the Open window, select a file to import.

Click Open, and the contacts in the file are imported to the EC321 Contacts
automatically.
Exporting a Contact
The EC321 allows you to export the contacts from the EC321 Contacts to a file. The
following table lists the procedure.

Select File > Export Contacts To File.

In the Save as window, input a file name with .csv as its extension.
