Powering on the BTS3900B
•Powering on the BTS3900B (AC Power
Supply)
When the PA male connector is fixed to the wiring bar
for the AC power cable, the BTS3900B is powered on.
After the BTS3900B is powered on, check the status of
the LEDs to decide whether the BTS3900B is properly
powered on.
•Powering on the BTS3900B (PoE Power
Supply)
1.The PSE is powered on when the PA male connector
is connected to the AC power connector bar. Check
whether the PSE is powered on by observing the status
of the indicator.
2. The PSE is powered on when the straight-through
cable is connected to the BTS3900B.

Description
The power supply is normal.
Power supply is unavailable or the
BTS3900B is faulty.
The BTS3900B is running properly.
The software is being loaded to the
BTS3900B, or the BTS3900B is not
started.
Alarms are reported, and the
replacement of the BTS3900B
module is required.
An alarm is generated and needs to
be cleared according to the
handling suggestion.
The link on the FE port is normal.
Data is being transmitted and
received over the FE port.
The link on the FE port is not
established.
