Connect the cables to the ports on the panel of the new WMPT according to the recorded cable connections. Contact the local Huawei office to handle the faulty board or module. 5.3 Replacing a WBBP Replacing a WBBP disrupts all the services carried by the NodeB. Prerequisite The tools and materials, such as an ESD wrist strap or a pair of ESD gloves, Phillips screwdriver, ESD box or bag, dustfree cloth, and key to the cabinet door are ready.

The UPEU supports the -48/+24V V DC input.

The UBFA and the air inlet box in the BBU form a ventilation loop, implementing forced heat dissipation for the BBU.

    Ensure that the related alarms are cleared on the M2000 or LMT after the equipment is powered on. Contact the local Huawei office to handle the faulty DCDU-01 module. 5.8 Replacing the FAN Unit The FAN unit works with the air inlet box in the cabinet to form a ventilation path. The FAN unit provides forced ventilation and dissipation for the BBU and RFU.

    Ensure that the related alarms are cleared after the equipment is powered on. Contact the local Huawei office to dispose of the faulty FAN unit. 5.9 Replacing the PMU When the PMU is faulty and cannot be repaired in time, you must replace it.

    The RUN LED on the panel blinks green at 0.5 Hz after the PMU is powered on. On the M2000 or LMT, the related alarms are cleared. Contact the local Huawei office to handle the faulty PMU. 5.10 Replacing a PSU When a PSU is faulty and cannot be repaired in time, you must replace it.
