Restart inverter, if the error still exist, contact us (DSP&M3)

Check CAN cable connection is connected to the right
COM port
Check parallel setting for master/Slave part,
there should be one master in the system

Check if you have choose the right battery brand and
communication cable is right, if the warning still exist,
contact us
Check battery temperature sensor is right connected
and the battery temperature is not too high

Inverter get battery fault info from battery BMS,
restart battery, if the warning still exist,
contact us or battery manufacture
Please contact Luxpower for firmware update
Check if the fan is OK

The Lux Power Technology SNA5000WPV inverter supports multiple PV input modes. For three panels, the best setting depends on their configuration. If they are connected as two independent strings, select "S" (two independent strings input) in the PV input mode settings. If all three panels are connected in a single string, select "P" (same string input for MPPTs). Ensure the MPPT voltage range (120V–385V) is met for optimal performance.
