Using the Manuals

To read the Operating Instructions, Acrobat Reader must
be installed in your computer.
For Windows
■ Installing the Acrobat Reader
To install the Acrobat Reader, see "Installing Applications"
on page 21.
■ Reading the Operating Instructions using
the printer CD-ROM

Insert the printer CD-ROM disk into the CD-ROM
drive.
The CD-ROM launches automatically.

Click O/I Manual.
■ Reading the Operating Instructions from
the Start menu

Click Start, move the pointer to Programs,
Panasonic, Panasonic DP-CL21P or Panasonic
DP-CL21M, and Manual.

Click Operating Instructions.
For Macintosh
The following files are included on the DP-CL21M CD-
ROM:
Setup.pdf Setup Guide
Contents.pdf Operating Instructions
Print.pdf
Mainte.pdf
Network.pdf
Reader Installer Acrobat Reader Installer
To open and read a manual on your computer screen,
install Acrobat Reader for Macintosh in your computer.
■ Installing the Acrobat Reader:

Insert the DP-CL21M CD-ROM disk in your CD-ROM
drive, and then double-click the DP-CL21M icon.

Open the Manual folder, then the English folder.

Double-click the Reader Installer icon.

Follow the instructions on the screen to install the
Acrobat Reader program.
■ Opening a Manual's File:

Perform step 1 to 2 of "Installing the Acrobat Reader".

Double-click a manual's file name (Setup.pdf or
Contents.pdf) that you want to read.
The first page of the manual will be displayed on your
computer screen.
Refer to the Help of the Acrobat Reader for details on its
operation.
