Clear the error message from the LCD.
a ) Turn the small green thumbscrew counterclockwise
to unlock the fuser.
b ) Holding the green tab on the right, slide the fuser out
until the safety catch stops it.
c ) Slide the fuser back into the printer.

Turn the small green thumbscrew clockwise to lock the
fuser.
You do not need to proceed to the following steps, if a media jam is
cleared.

Turn the small green thumbscrew counterclockwise to
unlock the fuser.
