    On each page, press Change to select or unselect the data categories you wish to transfer to the Nokia 9210 Communicator. To select or unselect all items on a page, press Select all or Unselect all. To change the tab, press the Menu key. When you are ready, press Close.

    COPYING INFORMATION FROM OTHER NOKIA PHONES OR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK The Upgrade Software (it is a plug-in for the PC Suite for Nokia 9210 Communicator) lets you copy the contacts or calendar information of your Nokia phone, Nokia 9110/9110i Communicator, or MS Outlook to your Nokia 9210 Communicator. You can find and install the Upgrade software from the CD-ROM provided in the Nokia 9210 Communicator's sales package.

    Start the PC Suite for Nokia 9110 Communicator and connect your communicator to your Note: If the PC Suite for Nokia 9210 Communicator and PC Suite for Nokia 9110 Communicator use the same communication port, you may have to exit the PC Suite for Nokia 9210 Communicator before starting the PC Suite for Nokia 9110 Communicator.

  • Page 6: Copying Telephone Numbers From Other Phones To The Nokia 9210 Communicator Via Sim Card

    Select the SIM card and open it. If you want to copy all the contacts from your SIM card to the contacts database of the Nokia 9210 communicator, press Ctrl + a (copy all). You can also copy contacts one by one.
