the balance shaft and crankshaft.

6. Install washer , nut
nut to specifications.
TORQUE
Balance Shaft Nut:
132 ft-lbs (180 Nm)
STARTER ONE-WAY CLUTCH
INSTALLATION
1. Install one-way clutch in clutch hub with flange of

clutch facing the flywheel.
The one-way clutch can be installed into the hub
incorrectly. This will cause engine cranking issues.
2. Clean screw threads in flywheel to remove all oil or
grease.
3. Apply Loctite® 272™ on the one way clutch retaining
w
bolts threads . Place hub on flywheel and install
bolts.

1. Clean the threads
