I don’t see a troubleshooting section in the instruction book for the U700. The float mechanism is working and the base is full of water but the panel continues to indicate no water. Is there something I need to do like a system reset?

To reset the Air-O-Swiss U700 when the panel indicates no water despite the float mechanism working and the base being full, try the following steps:
1. Turn off the unit and unplug it from the power outlet. 2. Empty and refill the water tank to ensure proper seating and eliminate air locks. 3. Check and clean the water sensor and float mechanism to remove any buildup or blockage. 4. Plug the unit back in and restart it.
If the issue continues, descaling the unit may help, as limescale can interfere with sensors. Use the descaling function with EZcal following the manual’s instructions.
