The Wolfbox G850 automatically locks certain videos, such as timelapse recordings in parking mode. To find a locked video, follow these steps:
1. Access the Device Menu – Use the touchscreen to navigate the settings on the Wolfbox G850. 2. Go to the Video Playback Section – Locate the folder or section that stores recorded videos. 3. Look for the Locked Video Folder – Locked videos are usually stored in a separate folder labeled as "Locked" or "Emergency." 4. Select and View the Video – Browse through the locked videos to find the one you need.
Alternatively, if using a computer or the WOLFBOX app: - Insert the SD card into a computer and check for a folder named "Locked" or "Event." - Connect the G850 to the WOLFBOX app and browse the saved recordings.

Connecting directly to my fusebox on a 2011 ford fusion- 7.5a fuse place. Using an "add a circuit fuse box addon to connect" to add second fuse for the dashcam. I have 12v coming out of this but does not power up the unit. Have a solid ground. Assuming it doesn't take more than 7.5a to run? The unit works fine off the cigarette lighter but that is always on. Suggestions?

The Wolfbox G850 dash cam may not power on properly when connected to a 7.5A fuse in a 2011 Ford Fusion using an add-a-circuit fuse box due to several possible reasons:
1. Insufficient Power Supply – The dash cam may require a more stable power source. A 7.5A fuse may not provide enough continuous power, especially if other components share the circuit.
2. Incorrect Wiring – If the add-a-circuit is not installed correctly, the dash cam may not receive the proper voltage. Ensure the power and ground connections are secure.
3. Fuse Type Compatibility – Some fuse types or positions in the fuse box may not be suitable for powering external devices. Check if the selected fuse slot provides constant or switched power as needed.
4. Hardwire Kit Issues – If using a hardwire kit, ensure it is properly installed and compatible with the dash cam.
5. Dash Cam Malfunction – If the dash cam freezes, restarts, or doesn't turn on, troubleshooting steps from the manual should be followed.
If installation issues persist, contacting Wolfbox support for wiring assistance may help resolve the problem.

The Wolfbox G850 allows users to set their time zone manually. It can automatically set the time using GPS, but users must specify their current time zone for accurate time display. If daylight savings time applies, it can be enabled or disabled to adjust the time accordingly.
