Pasta dough recipe

You can process your usual pasta dough with the
pasta attachment or use the food processor to
produce the following pasta dough:
1) Add 340 g of semolina (durum wheat), 140 ml
and 10 ml of oil into the mixing bowl .
2) Stir everything thoroughly .
NOTe
The dough should have a slightly crumbly
consistency and not be too sticky .
If the dough is too sticky, add a little durum
wheat semolina . If the dough is too dry/crum­
bly, add a little water .
3) Leave the dough to stand for about 1 hour .
The dough is now ready for further processing .

Making pasta sheets

WARNING! RISK of INjURy!
Never reach into the rollers 2 of the pasta
attachment .
Make sure that your clothing, hair or jewellery
do not get caught in the rollers 2 .
ATTeNTiON! PrOPerTy dAmAge!
Do not operate the appliance for longer than
10 minutes in one session with the pasta
attachment fitted . Otherwise, the appliance
may overheat!
Do not process frozen dough!
1) Start by turning the settings knob 4 to the
largest pasta thickness:
Pull the settings knob 4 out a little and,
at the same time, turn it until the position
marking 3 points to the dough thickness
"8" .
Let go of the settings knob 4 and turn it a
little, if necessary, so that it clicks into place
in the required position marking 3 .

2) Form the dough so that it is about 1/3 of the
feed width of the rollers 2 and about 0 .5 cm
thick .
3) Insert the food processor plug into a mains
power socket .
4) Set the rotary switch of the food processor to
level 1 .
5) Sprinkle a little flour onto the dough .
6) Feed the dough into the rollers 2 . It will be
drawn in automatically and fed out on the
underside of the pasta attachment .
7) Reduce the set dough thickness by one level by
adjusting the setting knob 4 down a level .
8) Feed the dough back through the rollers 2 .
9) Repeat steps 7) and 8) until the dough has
reached the required thickness .
10) Remove the power plug from the mains power
socket .
You can now cut the rolled dough into the required
shapes .

Dismantling

WARNING! RISK of INjURy!
Always disconnect the appliance from the
power supply before dismantling the grater
attachment!
1) Press the small button next to the locking
connection 1 on the food processor and turn
the pasta attachment and pull it off the food
processor .
