Charging the built-in battery

Set the BATTERY switch to ON.

Plug the AC adaptor into the wall socket.

Connect the AC adaptor to the DC IN 6V socket on
the unit.
Charging.
" "Charging." flashes and charging starts. (It disap-
pears after approx. 10 seconds.)
" The screen on the right may ap-
pear depending on the battery
level. (Charging continues.)
! To check charging progress
To turn the display back on, press any button. (The dis-
play appears for approx. 10 seconds.)
Charging.
To the wall socket
The battery was charged. ... Charging is complete.
! About charging time
The battery fully charges in approx. 4 hours.
Note:
AC 100 - 240 V,
The battery is also rechargeable by connecting the unit to
50/60 Hz
a PC with the USB cable.
The charging time is almost the same as when the AC
adaptor is used.
... Charging is in progress.
