    1.7 KEY FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION Numeric keys. Used to enter pricing, qty, count, tare, etc. Double zero key. Clear key. Used to clear erroneous entries and error conditions. Re-Zero key. Use to remove small variations in the scale’s zero. Tare key. Use to manually enter and remove tare weights. Override key.

    2.2 Programming PLU Data Table I In the CL5000 series, PLU's are organized by Departments and sometimes Groups as shown in the figure below. It is important to understand this structure to take advantage of the CL5000 series sophisticated features regarding Label formats, X and Z reports, etc.

Speed keys are short-cut keys used to allow quick access to the most frequently used PLU's in a department. There is also a SHIFT function that allows you to set a second level of Speed keys that will double the number of Speed keys available in a department.

You must follow local Traceability regulations when using this menu.
