What To Do
Use pans which are flat and mat ch t he diamet er of t he
surface unit select ed.
Cover pan wit h a lid unt il desired heat is obt ained.
Replace t he fuse or reset t he circuit breaker.
Check t o see t he correct cont rol is set for t he surface unit
you are using.
This is normal.
Scrat ches are not removable. Tiny scrat ches will become
less visible in t ime as a result of cleaning.
To avoid scrat ches, use t he recommended cleaning
procedures. Make sure bot t oms of cookware are clean
before use, and use cookware wit h smoot h bot t oms.

This is normal. The surface may appear discolored when
it is hot . This is t emporary and will disappear as t he glass
cools.
