    Description of functions Water tank The Air Cooker is equipped with a water tank, which is located at the back of the appliance. The MAX water level is about 600 ml. The MAX water level indication is on the handle side of the water tank and should not be exceeded.

    Preheating Some cooking methods such as roast and bake require preheating.   • Page 23 Air Steam We recommend using “Air Steam” for all kinds of vegetables, lean meat, fish, seafood and all types of grains. This setting keeps the natural taste, texture, and the bright color of your food. The cooking time given in the table is guideline for fresh ingredients. If the cooking time does not lead to the expected cooking result, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
