Problem
Uneven or
insufficient drying.
Wrinkles after
drying.

Possible Cause
● Does the wash load include a lot
of items that tangle easily, such as
trousers and long-sleeve shirts?
If laundry is dried in a tangled state,
uneven drying may occur.
● Did you spin the laundry before
running the drying operation?
If you dry laundry that has not
been spun, the laundry may not
be completely dry when the drying
operation finishes.
● Is the drain outlet clogged?
Lint clogs in the drain outlet and drain
hose can affect the drying operation.
● Drying synthetic or blended garments
on the Cotton program may weaken
the dryness.
● If the water temperature is high, The
dehumidification efficiency of the
clothes is reduced and the operating
time will be longer.
● Is the tap turned on?
If the tap is not turned on, the ability
to dehumidify clothing will be reduced
and the drying efficiency may be
weakened.
● Dust may have accumulated in the
wind path inside the washer dryer.
● If you feel that the dryness is weak, try
setting Extra Dry in the Dry Option.
● Did you dry the laundry in a tangled
state?
● Did you dry items that wrinkle easily?
● Is the wash load large?
● Are you leaving laundry inside the
drum for long periods after operations?
Solution
● When washing items that tangle
easily, untangle the laundry
manually after the spin cycle, and
then run the drying operation.
● When drying wet laundry, run the
spin cycle once before starting
the drying operation.

● Check the drain outlet and drain
hose, and remove any lint or
debris.
● Please use the AI Wash, Spin or
Dry Only program.
● Recommended, the water
temperature during drying should
be 30°C or less.
● Make sure to turned on the tap.
● Use the "Tub Wash" program to
remove dust.
● If wrinkles are a concern,
untangle the laundry manually
and smooth out wrinkles after
the spin cycle, and then run the
drying operation.
● Use the Fluffy Clothes function.

● Follow the maximum drying

● Remove laundry immediately
