If pairing fails without a " " in Step 1 to Step 4 on the application screen,
please try pairing again, paying attention to the following information.
If you do not get a " " mark in Step 1
● Your smartphone may not have been able to connect to the washer dryer's
SSID.
If a message about the network connection is displayed give you select the
SSID of the washer dryer in your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings to connect to
the SSID of the washer dryer.
Depending on your smartphone model and operating system.

If you do not get a " " mark in Step 2
● Your smartphone may not have been able to reconnect to your wireless LAN
router.
Please go to the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone and connect to the SSID
of the wireless LAN router that you want to connect your washer dryer.

● Depending on your wireless LAN router's settings and environment, the
connection may be unstable and fail to connect.
Please check the information in the section "I cannot operate the device from
my smartphone."
If I do not get a " " mark in Step 4
● The washer dryer may not be connected to the wireless LAN router.
Ensure the SSID of the wireless LAN router to which your smartphone is
connected is in the 2.4GHz band when pairing.
● Please make sure that you have entered the correct password ("encryption
key" or "security key") for your wireless LAN router in the application.
Check the instruction manual of your wireless LAN router.
The password may be referred to as "encryption key" or "security key"
depending on your wireless LAN router's make and model.
Make sure that your wireless LAN router is switched on.
Please refer to your wireless LAN router's instruction manual and turn it on.
You will not be able to put in remote control standby mode unless you have
completed the pairing settings.
The washer dryer must be in the remote-control standby mode to operate the
machine from your smartphone.
If the washer dryer is running or paused, you cannot operate it from your
smartphone.
Depending on the server's state and the mode of communication between the
washer dryer and the smartphone, the washer dryer's operating status may be
notified later.
