by adjusting the scale by sliding your inger over it. You can change
the measurement of a portion from the drop-down menu. Tap OK
when done. Add more food types if need be then tap done at the
top of the window. In the next window you can add a time and
date of consumption, as well as images and notes. Tap Save and the
calorie intake will be added to your food page. Repeat for all meals.
Complete a full workout
Open the main menu and tap Exercise to enter exercise mode.
Exercises are split between Running, walking, cycling and hiking.
Each exercise has its own preferences but for each one you'll be
able to set a workout goal which will be covered in the later tutorial.
Tap on the chart icon at the bottom right of the exercise window to
review and compare previous exercise sessions. Tap the options icon
at the top-right corner of the window and tap Set maximum heart
rate. When using a Samsung smartwatch this option will warn you
when your heart rate reaches the set maximum heart rate. Once a
workout is complete, review the workout's details and add notes
and photos as well as share the information via a social network.
Workouts will automatically be added to your current goals.
Edit your profile
1 Your profile Tap the menu button
and select your profile, then tap the
three-dot icon and Edit Profile.

you want to be coached on.

review your score to determine
what to do next.

and accept a new goal adding it
to the coach page.
