Optical Disk Drive
The 16x 2.5-inch Drive Model supports optical disk drive (option).
This section describes the procedure for installing the optional optical disk drive.
1.17.1 Installation
Install an optical disk drive in the following procedure.
1.
Refer to Chapter 2 (1.3 Overview of Installation and Removal) for preparations..
2.
Push the lock lever to unlock
the drive tray, and pull the
cage toward you.
3.
Remove a single screw from the cage, and remove
the bracket and dummy cover.
4.
Install the optical disk drive to the cage.

Important
Do not install any unsupported optical disk drive.
Important Keep the screw and dummy tray in the optical disk drive for future use.
