I gad to remove the spring loaded piston to enable me to take the treadmill upstairs but I cannot put it back on, is there anyway that I can buy a new one or could you advise me on how to put it back please.

Workout Area The free area must be at least 0.6m greater than the training area. This is a space where you can safely dismount, without obstruction, in case of an emergency. Where two pieces of equipment are positioned adjacent to each other the free area may be shared. The free area behind the treadmill should be 2m in length and double the width of the product.
