Turn off the power of the computer and wait for a while (about 30 seconds).

Insert a pin having length 40 mm or longer and thickness 1 - 1.8 mm (such as a

Then the tray is pushed out.
Hold the tip of the tray to pull it out slowly.

Take off the disk.

To close the tray, check the cause of unallowable disk ejection, turn on the power if no
error is found, and press the eject button. If the disk ejection is still disabled, contact your
service representative.
