5. Indicator Light and Alarm Sounds

5.1 Indicator Light

5.2 Alarm Tips

When the robot fails, the robot indicator flashes red and a beeping sound of varying lengths is emitted.
Refer to the following table to query the cause of the failure:

APP Error prompts and solutions
Please check whether the Driving Wheels is entangled
and clean the Driving Wheels.
please check if the Side Brush is entangled,
and clean the Side Brush
Please empty the Dust Bin, clean the Filter Net and High
Efficiency Filter.
The robot is floating, please move to the ground.
Place the robot on an even surface, or remove the obstacles,
and restart the robot.
Manually place the robot on the Charging Dock to charge.
Please wipe the Charging Contacts and Charging Dock Pins,
otherwise replace the adapter.
Please check if the Power Switch is on.
