8. Place the new door assembly face down on the work surface and, referring to Fig. 3.7, route the
keypad membrane cable J through the slot in the display mounting plate and position the plate in
the door assembly.

9. Referring to Fig. 3.6, secure the display mounting plate to the door using the 4 Torx screws G.
10. Referring to Fig. 3.5, reconnect the keypad membrane cable F.
11. Referring to Fig. 3.4, refit the door assembly rear cover and secure it using the 6 Torx screws E.
12. Referring to Fig. 3.3, align the hinges on the door assembly with the hinge lugs on the case and
secure using the 2 slotted spring (Bissel) pins.
13. Referring to Fig. 3.2, reconnect the processor board flexi-cable to the motherboard.
14. Referring to Fig. 3.1:
a. Refit the cable clamp and secure it with the 2 Torx screws D.
b. Refit the inner cover plate, ensuring that lugs K are located correctly in the slots in the case
and secure with the captive screw C. Refit the tamper-evident seal (if required).
c. Close and lock the door.
15. Restore the power supply to the recorder.
