The orange light for water tank removed is on but the water tank is in place. When I turn on and off it is not on but when I try and brew the light comes back on and will not brew.

The orange light for the water tank on the LAVAZZA CLASSY PLUS may be on even when the water tank is in place due to the following reasons:
1. No water in the tank – Ensure the tank is filled with fresh drinking water. 2. Tank not inserted correctly – Remove and correctly reinsert the water tank. 3. No water flow in the hydraulic circuit – Disconnect the power cord, wait 10 seconds, reconnect it, and turn the machine on. Wait for the heating cycle to complete, as the machine will automatically attempt to fill the hydraulic circuit.
