General information General information Reading and storing the assembly instructions These assembly instructions are a part of the Dual Fuel Barbecue (hereinafter simply called "product"). They contain important information about assembly and use. Read the assembly instructions carefully, in particular the safety instructions, before using the product.
Safety Safety WARNING! Do not use the barbecue in a confined and/or habitable space e.g. houses, tents, caravans, motor homes, boats. Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning fatality. The following signal words are used in these assembly instructions. This signal symbol/word denotes a hazard with WARNING! an average risk level that could lead to death or severe injury if it is not avoided.

Safety Never dump hot charcoal or ashes where it might be stepped on or be a fire hazard. Never dump ashes or charcoal before they are fully extinguished. Allow the barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it. During use, the screw connections can loosen and adversely affect the stability of the barbecue.
Safety Do not use the barbecue with liquid fuels. Be prepared for a fire or an accident. Always have a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit ready. Max. fuel capacity: 1.0 kg of charcoal. Instructions for lighting Build a pyramid of charcoal in the centre of the charcoal grate and insert a couple of lighter cubes according to EN 1860-3 within the pyramid.

Assembly instruction Step 1: Assemble the Legs Attach the plastic feet to the right legs (RB) and (RF) 2. Fix the 4 legs (RB) , (RF) , (LF) , and (LB) to lower shelf Connecting elements: 4 × Screw M6×15 Step 2: Assemble the Wheels Insert the axle through the holes at the bottom of the left legs.

Assembly instruction Step 13: Insert Gas Nozzle into the Gas Inlet Remove the nut from the gas nozzle at the end of the gas hose attached to the gas control panel 2. Put the gas nozzle through the hole of the holder of the gas nozzle at the side burner 3.
Assembly instruction Step 14: Attach Warming Racks Attach the gas grill warming rack to the lid of the gas grill by inserting the rod at the grid through the holes in the lid. The ridge of the warming rack faces up and back. 2.
Assembly instruction Step 15: Prepare the Barbecue Place the heat plates on the bars above the burners. 2. Put the knobs onto the valve rods. 3. Attach the handles to the outside of the charcoal tray 4. Hang the charcoal tray with the handles on the supports. 5.
Assembly instruction Step 16: Place Cooking Grids Place the charcoal grill cooking grids (notches for the handles for charcoal tray) on the right side of the bowl. 2. Place the gas grill cooking grids (no notches) on the left side of the bowl.
Assembly instruction Step 17: Install Gas Hose Slide the grease tray into the holder. 2. Attach the gas hose to the connector. Lock the screw of the clamp tightly. WARNING! Risk of burns This barbecue will become very hot! Touching may cause burn injuries.
- Never touch the cooking or charcoal grid, ashes, charcoal, or the grill to see if they are hot. - Let the steam escape first, if you open the lid. - WARNING! Keep children and pets away! WARNING! Risk of fire The barbecue will be hot during cooking! Combustible materials nearby may ignite.

Connecting the gas cylinder to the appliance This product is only suitable for use with low-pressure butane or propane gas and fitted with the appropriate lowpressure regulator via a flexible hose.

5. Light charcoal briquettes. A specially made steel charcoal lighting starter may be used though only by following the manufacturer’s instructions and used with great care. DO NOT overload the charcoal starter. 6. Once briquettes are glowing, set the charcoal tray to desired cooking position and replace the charcoal grill cooking grid.

6. When the burner has lit, the burner rate can be adjusted by pushing down and turning the knob anticlockwise to any position between the full and low rate position. Light the remaining burners from left to right in sequence. 8.
Open the lid before lighting. 2. If the igniter fails to spark, use a match to light burner. Cleaning WARNING! Risk of burns This barbecue will become very hot! Touching may cause burn injuries. - Allow the barbecue to cool completely before cleaning! Clean the cooled barbecue after each use.
Cleaning Grease tray Please do not pull out the grease tray during use. After the grease tray is cold, pull out the grease tray in horizontal line. Burner assembly Turn the gas OFF at the control knob and disconnect the cylinder. 2.
