Installing a Ground Cable
Ground screw
Scratch off the antirust paint and other coatings at the ground point
on the ground bar. After connecting the ground cable to the ground
point, treat the ground point with antirust and waterproof materials.

Opening the Maintenance Compartment
Loose the screw of the maintenance compartment.

Ensure that the OT terminal is correctly installed.
Install the device-side ground cable
before you climb up the tower.

Installing an IF Cable

Lift the cover of the maintenance compartment.

• Do not remove or insert an IF cable connector from
or to the OAU 2A with power on. Otherwise, human
injuries may be caused.
• Do not power on the OAU 2A until IF cables are
properly connected.

Connected to an XMC ODU
Rotate the screw with a torque less than 1 N.m.
