Heat Spreader Removal
NOTE
After you remove the CPU Heat
Spreader, you cannot reuse it.
1.
Use the Plastic Tweezer to remove the CPU Heat
Spreader from the location as shown.
2.
Use the Plastic Tweezer to remove the CPU
Copper Foil from the location as shown.
3.
Use the Plastic Tweezer to remove the CPU
Copper Pad from the location as shown.
4.
Use the Plastic Tweezer to remove the PMU
Copper Foil from the location as shown.
