5.5 Removing the Motor with
Timing Belt side Drive
DANGER!
Danger to life upon contact with live
parts! Switch off power! Check that
the unit is de-energized! Provide
interlocks to ensure that power supply
cannot be switched on accidentally or
by unauthorized persons!
WARNING!
In vertical or slanting mounting orien-
tations the nut enclosure with the
customer customer attachment can
drop down! If the motor has been
removed, there will be no motor brake
to arrest the fall. Prevent the nut
enclosure with the customer attach-
ment from dropping, e.g. by moving
the customer attachment to the lower
end position.The toothed belt is
pretensioned.
Take care when loosening the moun-
ting screws on the motor.
•
Remove the covers from the protective
profile as required.
Transmission ratio i = 1 ! 5.4.3 :
•
Loosen the motor mounting screws.
•
Loosen the tensioning unit on the
second belt pulley. Tapped holes
for jack screws are provided in the
tensioning units as dismantling aids.
•
Unscrew the motor mounting screws
and remove the motor.
Transmission ratio i = 2:
•
Unscrew the motor mounting screws
and remove the motor.
•
Loosen the tensioning unit on the
belt pulley. Tapped holes for jack
screws are provided in the tensioning
units as dismantling aids.
•
Remove the belt pulley with tensioning
unit.

5.5 Dépose du moteur avec
renvoi par poulie et courroie
ATTENTION, DANGER !
Danger de mort en cas de contact
avec les pièces sous tension ! Couper
l'alimentation électrique avant toute
intervention ! Vérifi er que le courant
n'arrive plus ! S'assurer qu'aucune
remise sous tension ne peut se pro-
duire, que ce soit inopinément ou par
des personnes non autorisées !
Remarque !
En cas de montage vertical ou incliné,
le chariot avec la structure client peut
tomber. Lors de la dépose du moteur,
le frein moteur n'est plus
actif ! Empêcher la chute de la struc-
ture client, par exemple en la mettant
dans sa position finale inférieure.
La courroie crantée est préchargée.
Prudence lors du desserrage des
vis de fixation du moteur.
•
Le cas échéant, démonter les
couvercle du profilé de protection.
Réduction i = 1 ! 5.4.3 :
•
Desserrer les vis de fixation du moteur.
•
Desserrer la frette de serrage de la
deuxième poulie. Il existe des tarau-
dages pour le démontage des frettes
de serrage.
•
Retirer les vis de fixation du moteur.
Déposer le moteur.
Réduction i = 2:
•
Retirer les vis de fixation du moteur.
Déposer le moteur.
•
Desserrer la frette de serrage de la
poulie. Il existe des taraudages pour
le démontage des frettes de serrage.
•
Déposer la poulie avec la frette de
serrage.

5.5 Smontare il motore con
trasmissione a cinghia e
puleggia
PERICOLO!
Pericolo di morte in caso di contatto
con le parti sotto tensione! Staccare la
corrente prima di qualsiasi intervento!
Verifi care che non ci sia più alimenta-
zione di corrente! Assicurarsi che non
si possa riattaccare la corrente
inavvertitamente o tramite persone
non autorizzate!
AVVERTIMENTO!
In caso di montaggio in linea verticale
o obliqua l'alloggiamento della chioc-
ciola con il gruppo del cliente può
cadere! Il fase di smontaggio del
motore il freno del motore non è più
attivo. Evitare la caduta, p. es. ripor-
tando il gruppo del cliente nella
posizione finale inferiore.
La cinghia dentata è precaricata.
Procedere con cautela nell'allentare le
viti di fissaggio del motore.
•
Se necessario, smontare il coperchio
del profilato di protezione.
Trasmissione i = 1 ! 5.4.3 :
•
Allentare le viti nel motore.
•
Allentare il calettatore nella seconda
puleggia della cinghia. Nei calettatori
sono disposti fori filettati per procede-
re al loro smontaggio.
•
Estrarre le viti di fissaggio del motore,
togliere il motore.
Trasmissione i = 2:
•
Estrarre le viti di fissaggio del motore,
togliere il motore.
•
Allentare il calettatore nella puleggia
della cinghia. Nei calettatori sono
disposti fori filettati per procedere al
loro smontaggio.
•
Asportare la puleggia della cinghia
con calettatore.
