eQ-3 BLUETOOTH® Smart Radiator Thermostat
1. Why is an exclamation mark displayed in the app after open-
ing a room?
The exclamation mark is displayed if the connection to the radi-
ator thermostats has not yet been established completely or the
thermostats are out of range. As soon as the connection is es-
tablished, the exclamation mark automatically disappears.
2. Why does it sometimes take a while until the connection to
a room is established?
The more devices are installed in a room, the longer it takes until
the connection to all radiator thermostats is established. In case
you are using an old or "low cost" smartphone, there may be a
delay in establishing the connection as well.
3. What needs to be considered during installation of several
radiator thermostats in one room?
There is no direct wireless connection between your installed ra-
diator thermostats. This means that the entire communication is
performed via the smartphone app.
Please consider the installation order for installation of sever-
al radiator thermostats. First, add all radiator thermostats to the
desired room. Then you can adjust the settings of the room (e.g.
open-window temperature) and set up the week profile. This is
necessary to ensure that the configuration of a room is trans-
ferred in a consistent way to all radiator thermostats.
