1. Open the latch and disconnect the status-light board cable from the system board.
2. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
3. Remove the speaker cable from the routing guides on the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
4. Lift the speakers along with its cable off the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
