Do you have a question about the Bellavita handset and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
The bathlift is stuck in the top position. The handset is fully charged but will not lower. Have tried resetting handset as per manual instructions but still the same. When turning on the handset and press the blue button we get a bleep.
The Drive Bellavita handset may not be lowering the bathlift despite being fully charged and reset due to one of the following reasons:
1. Coiled Cable Overstretched – The cable may have been overstretched, causing it to become unplugged. Replacing the handset could resolve this issue.
2. Handset Not Correctly Connected – If the LED twinkles green during the UP-button press but the bathlift does not move, the handset may not be correctly connected. Switching off the handset, reconnecting it properly, and switching it on again may fix the problem.
3. Board in a Wrong Mode – If the LED twinkles red (amber) despite a fully charged battery, the board may be in the wrong mode. Switching off the handset, disconnecting it, reconnecting it, and switching it back on may help.
If the issue persists, performing a self-test starting with a green flashing LED might be necessary.
