Electrical system
Fit the ignition module and adjust the air
gap to 0.3 mm.

Assembly
Check that the key way in the fl ywheel
and the key way in the crankshaft are
undamaged, as well as the key.
Fit the fl ywheel and centrifugal clutch. Do
not forget the fl at spacers (A).
NOTE!
Turn the clutch so that the arrows (B)
that indicate the direction of rotation
are visible from the outside.
Fit the ignition module.
NOTE!
Do not forget the spacer sleeves
between the ignition module and the
cylinder.
Adjust the air gap. There should be 0.3
mm between the permanent magnets in
the fl ywheel and the ignition module.
Tighten the screws and connect the short-
circuit cable.
Then assemble the different components
in the reverse order as set out for disman-
tling.
