REFERENCE
Never install the printer in a location where it is tilted or
where it may wobble or experience vibration.
Feed is not smooth when media is tilted or tensioned
unevenly on the left and right. Reload and set up the
media correctly.
Ink landing position is different from at going and returning
when the media is warped. Print with uni-direction, or
change the media when the media is warped more than
0.5mm.
Ink does not land on the proper position when the right
media thickness is not entered, because the clearance
between the media and head becomes too big.
If the media has static electricity, ink does not land on a
proper position and it causes uneven printing.
If the calibration is not correct, white fine lines caused by
gaps or dark lines caused by overlaps appear.
Set [FULL WIDTH S] to [FULL] to uniform the heating time
on each pass. This may improve printing quality.
When this is set to [5 min] to [990 min], self cleaning is
performed while a printing is paused. It may cause uneven
printing at the part before and after cleaning.
Head Rank setting affects the amount of the fired Ink. If it
is not set properly, the ink dots are not fired in appropriate
sizes.
Check whether each [BIAS/VERTICAL], [HORIZONTAL]
and [BI-DIR.DEFAULT] settings are correct.
If the UV lamp is contaminated with ink mist, it cannot cure
the ink enough.
If the broken UV lamp motor affects the UV lamp
movement and the UV lamp irradiates the ink correctly.
