5 Setups, alignments and adjustments
#53PAr/C The density display shows C, which means the Country
Code. The country code selects some initial settings that are
required in different countries. Select the correct code using
density- and density+ buttons. The codes are:
Press kV+
Country code differences
C-ARM Z and ECS movements
are disabled if compression
paddle is not in upper home
position.
Compression releasing is
interrupted if compression
force measurement fails.
The compression will be
automatically released 25
seconds after the exposure.
Maximum available voltage
34kV.
IQC correction range
0.75-1.25 (others 0.60 - 1.40).
Maximum exposure time: 3s =>
maximum mAs: 300 mAs.
Maximum exposure time: 6s =>
maximum mAs: 600 mAs.
If C-arm brake is released, the
compression is released also.
In case of C-arm brake or
vertical movement switch is
activated, compression is
automatically released first.
#53PAr/r The density display shows r which means the Radiation
Efficiency (mR/mAs) of the tube at 25 kV for the filter
selected. Number 115 in the display means 11.5 mR/mAs. If
the filter button is pressed, the mR/mAs value for the other
filter is displayed.
