7.- Press "FORWARD/DND" button to advance to the
AM/PM selection.
8.- Press "MUTE" button to select AM or PM (if necessary to
change).
9.- Press "STORE" button
10.- Lift and replace handset to exit the programming mode.
11.- This will change the time for all of the phones on your
phone
How to set the time on your Panasonic Voice Mail
•
Press the intercom button on your phone.
•
Dial 165 and then raise the handset.
•
When the Voice Mail answers you, dial # 6 (POUND SIX)
•
Dial *999 (STAR NINE NINE NINE)
•
Enter your password. (usually your zip code) followed by the
# (POUND)
Wait for the system to say, "To receive the message"

Then dial 6 (for other features)
•
Then dial 3 (to set the clock)
•
Then dial 1 (to change the time)
•
Enter the time followed by a # (POUND) Example for 9:37
is---Enter 937#
•
The system will ask for 1 for AM or 2 for PM
•
Enter the correct digit
•
The system will ask for 1 to change or 2 to accept
•
Enter 2 (to accept)
•
Hang up
