HINTS FOR REPAIRS
a.
Disassembly
-
Remove shaving unit, to prevent damages
during a repair.
-
Remove the screws A1 (4x).
-
Put the shaver on the table and remove the cover
from the shaver.
-
Pull the connection leads out of the terminals on the
bearing block of the motor and remove the p.c.-board.
-
Loosen the motor clamping springs on the bearing
block with a small screwdriver.
-
Remove the motor.
-
Remove the screws A2 (2x)
-
Unlock the peg clamping (3x) between frame and
hair chamber.
-
Remove the gearwheels and trimmer drive.
-
To remove the trimmer, first disassemble the trimmer
slide by pushing down the locking pegs (4x "X" in
exploded view) and move the slide slightly outwards.
-
Make room between trimmer and cover with a small
screwdriver ("Y" in exploded view).

Assembly
-
The assembly must be carried out in reverse order
of what is described under a. Disassembly.
CAUTION!
WHILE CHECKING THE P.C.-BOARD REMEMBER
THAT MOST COMPONENTS AND THE MOTOR
ARE ENERGIZED BY MAINS VOLTAGE.
