<1>: 0 = RSV, 1 = Formatting start
<2><3><4>: ID number at formatting (001 to 999)
Note This command logically erases all pre-recorded data.

IDS : <1>
<1>: 0 = RSV, 1 = ID increment
The recorder ID is incremented each time the IDS:1 command is issued.

1 = Channel expansion unit 1

7 = Channel expansion unit 7
