compare samples the received data at the point in time specified for the
edge compare. The window compare monitors the received data in a
time window for any transitions.
The active load circuitry can sink or source different load currents
(IOL, IOH) for the low and high output voltages. For output voltages
greater than the commutation voltage Vt, the load current is IOH. For
output voltages less than the commutation voltage Vt, the load current
is IOL.
Per-Pin PMU
Every digital channel is equipped with a Pin PMU to perform DC
measurements. The Pin PMU reduces test execution time thus
achieving a higher throughput. The Pin PMU is connected to a DUT pin
by closing the corresponding PPMU relay. The Pin PMU returns
pass/fail signals to the test processor where two compare voltage levels
received from the voltage generator are used as thresholds.
One board ADC is available on each channel board (16 channels) The
analog monitor outputs of the Pin PMU are linked to the board ADC via
a multiplexer. The Board ADC converts the analog values it receives
from the Pin PMU to digital values.
