1.6.2 Memory Configurations
The MX310HD board supports 1.2V, Non-ECC, Un-buffered, 260-pins DDR4-2400 (PC4-19200,
2400MHz) SODIMM up to 32GB (16GB maximum/slot).
• When there is only one DDR4 memory module being installed, it is recommended to
install it on "J_SODIMM1" slot.
• When two SODIMMs being populated, only install identical (same type, same size,
same CAS latency) DDR4 SODIMMs.
• For optimum compatibility, it is recommended to obtain the exact same model
(and same batch) of memory modules from the same SODIMM manufacturer.
