The shoulder straps are easy to tighten and loosen with no infant in the car seat. It becomes difficult to tighten the straps once we put the infant in the seat. I don’t see any restrictions.
I have an evenflo 3 or 4 in 1 convertible car seat that is in the front facing position for a 6 year old but i need to switch it back to rear facing for my newborn grandson.
