■Saving logs
1. Press the [F3] in the ERROR AND MESSAGE LOG screen.
2. Remove Remote Service Board Utility that you inserted into the floppy disk drive on
the server unit.
3. Prepare a formatted floppy disk and insert this into the floppy disk drive.
4. Enter the name of the file to write the log to.
Enter the following, and press the [Enter] key.
xxxxxxxx.xxx

You can specify any file name for "xxxxxxxx.xxx".
5. The log is saved on floppy disk under the file name that you specified in step 4
above, and the following screen is displayed:
FUJITSU
SIEMENS
COMPUTERS
Log File has been written correctly.
6. Press any key.
This returns the screen to the ERROR AND MESSAGE LOG screen.
7. To quit SERVICE PROCESSOR TOOL, press the [Esc] key twice.
To continue using SERVICE PROCESSOR TOOL, remove the floppy disk from the
server unit, and insert Remote Service Board Utility.
■Clearing logs
When the error log or message log becomes full, the oldest error or message in the log is
overwritten with a new error or message. For this reason, periodically check the error log
and message log, and write or clear the logs as necessary.
To clear a log, press the [F4] key on the ERROR AND MESSAGE LOG screen.
