5 Fitting chart and pen capsules

Rotate the chart to align the

time line with the red pen

Raise pens
Lift the chart clamp and

remove the chart (if fitted)
Fit the new chart

ensuring that it is
beneath the pen lifter
bars
Locate the chart

under the guides

Lower the chart clamp

Remove spent
capsule
Lifter bars

Ensure that the arm is
located above its lifter
bar

Gently pull the arm off the

bracket – see Note
Fit new capsule

locates in the pen
capsule slot

Remove cap
Slide pen assembly

bracket until it clips
