7.2 Parts Replacement






7.2.1 Replacing the AC Input Circuit Breaker

Prerequisites


Procedure
Step 1 Remove the copper bar and cables from the faulty circuit breaker and label the cables.
Step 2 Unscrew the circuit breaker.

Step 3 Install the new circuit breaker.
Step 4 Connect the copper bar and cables to the new circuit breaker based on the cable labels.

To ensure personal security, power off the ACBox before replacing a component. For
details, see 6.4 Powering Off the
After disconnecting the power supply, wait 1 minute and then start parts replacement.
After replacing a component, check the ACBox and then power on the ACBox to verify
that the replacement component works properly. For details, see
Power-On and 6.3 Powering On the
Dispose of faulty components in accordance with the local disposal act for waste electrical
equipment.
The AC input circuit breaker is faulty.
A spare AC input circuit breaker of the same model is available and functional.
