PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE DAMAGE AND/OR PERSONAL
INJURY AND WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY. KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.
1. SAFETY
1.1.
GENERAL SAFETY
 WARNING! NOT FOR DOMESTIC USE. DO NOT use in basements, high rise flats or leisure vehicles such as caravans or motor caravans.
If used in public buildings, refer to national regulations.
Store gas cylinders in accordance with relevant regulations.
Gas cylinders should only be used in a vertical position with the valve at the top. Ensure that cylinders are safe from damage or movement.
Ensure that nothing stands or passes directly in front of the heater. Mandatory minimum distance from the heater is 1 metre.
Use the supplied pressure regulator and hose only.
Ensure continuous ventilation is provided to the heater operating area. A ventilation opening must run to the outside of the premises where the heater is
to be operated. The opening must be 100cm
 WARNING! If the heater is used for prolonged periods at maximum power, ice may form on the propane cylinder. This is due to excessive
evaporation. In such a case DO NOT use the heater to de-ice the cylinder.
DO NOT use the heater if damaged. Take immediate action to repair or replace damaged parts. Use an authorised service agent only.
DO NOT allow untrained persons to ignite the heater.
 DO NOT use the heater out of doors or in a wet environment.
DO NOT operate the heater without the guard. The guard on this appliance is to prevent risk of fire or injury from burns and no part of it
should be permanently removed. IT DOES NOT GIVE FULL PROTECTION FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR THE INFIRM.
DO NOT operate the heater within 2mtr of the gas cylinders(s)
DO NOT use the heater near flammable, combustible or explosive materials - liquids, solids or gases.
DO NOT leave the heater unattended whilst in use.
DO NOT point the heater towards the gas cylinder.
Keep the heater clean and in good working order.
Ensure that the heater is correctly turned off and the gas source isolated when not in use.
 Ensure that the gas hose is safe from being trapped, kinked or twisted.
 Ensure that the heater has cooled down thoroughly before handling.
When not in use for any length of time, store heater in a safe, dry, childproof location isolated from the cylinder.
 WARNING! If, during use, a smell of gas is noticed; turn off the heater IMMEDIATELY by means of the gas bottle supply valve. DO NOT
relight the heater until the source of the smell has been traced and rectified.
2. INTRODUCTION
Ideal for small to medium sized workshops, factories, warehouses and other commercial premises. Reaches maximum heat output within seconds
of being turned on. Highly portable, no power supply required, just connect to gas bottle. Heavy-duty frame and steel mesh guard with durable paint
finish. Fitted with a piezoelectric ignition system for trouble-free starting. Features safety thermocouple and flame failure valve. A tilt switch is fitted
to LPH35. Super quiet operation, includes no moving parts. Supplied with an approved propane gas regulator and hose. Tested and certified to CE/
EN standards.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1.
LPH35:
4.1.1.
Erect the handle (fig.1.1) and lock in place by rotating the spring clip over the cross member. (fig.1.2)
4.1.2.
Deploy the wheel assembly (fig.1.3) by pulling out and locking by engaging the catch (fig.1.4).
4.2.
LPH125:
4.2.1.
Attach the wheel assembly to the frame. Ensure that the angle of the bracket points upwards as in fig.2.
4.2.2.
Push the handle (fig.3.1) into the open ends of the frame.
4.2.3.
Lock in place by rotating the spring clip (fig.3.2) until it locks over the cross member.

  • Page 2 DO NOT replace with anything but the correct valve for this heater. 6.7. The LPH35 is fitted with a tilt switch that will shut off the gas supply in the event of the heater being knocked over or subjected to extreme vibration. This switch will reset automatically when the heater is returned to the correct position.
  • Page 3 To clean the heater, use a damp cloth to remove dust; a household cleaner may be used for more stubborn marking. 8.3. To clean the reflector on the LPH35, remove the grille by taking the four securing screws out. Ensure that the grille is replaced before further use.
