Replacing PF Encoder Scale

Replacing Procedure For Maintenance Part:PF_ENC scale Assy.
This part will be referred to as the PF Encoder Scale in this manual.
1. Remove Side Cover L.

Remove the screw (1piece) retaining PF Encoder holding Plate.

Remove the screws (4 pieces) retaining ENC holder

5. Remove ENC holder.
6. Replace PF Encoder scale.
7. To reassemble unit, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE
When handling PF Encoder scale, note the following.
• Do not damage or bend PF Encoder scale. Do not touch the circumference of PF Encoder
scale.
• Make sure that any residual of double-sided tape are not remained on the slit mounting
flange.
