AP3600 System The AP3600 system is the instrument into which the patient sera and the Pette test chambers are placed. The AP3600 is a fully auto-
mated instrument which tests and tracks each sample after the samples and Pettes are placed into it. Operation is started from the

contains Positive Procedural Control and Negative Blanking Control wells.
Pette Tip A single use, disposable tip is placed onto a Pette test chamber before use. When the tip is pressed down, it is opened for aspiration
or draining.
Positive Procedural Con- This confirms reagent performance and provides a check for correct testing procedure.
